1. Agreement
By using FomoNite (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. Official drops are also governed by the official rules and the eligibility requirements. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The service
FomoNite is a browser battle royale. You can play practice matches, use the shooting range, watch live drops and replays, and — if eligible — enter official drops with pre-funded promotional prizes. The Service is free: there is nothing to buy and no entry fee.
3. Accounts & your Fomo identity
- Your player identity is your linked Fomo identity. Practice can be played as a guest.
- Keep your Fomo account secure. You are responsible for activity under your identity.
- We will never ask for your Fomo password, session cookie, private keys or seed phrase.
- One person, one identity. We may unlink or suspend identities used to break these terms or the rules.
4. Prize competitions
Official drops are promotional competitions decided by gameplay, with prizes funded in advance and verified before they are advertised. Nothing on the Service is a game of chance, and you never pay to take part. How drops run, how winners are decided, VOID rounds and payouts are covered in the official rules.
5. Conduct
Don't:
- cheat, use modified clients, macros or aim assistance, or exploit bugs;
- collude or team in solo matches;
- attack, probe, overload or reverse-engineer our servers or interfere with other players;
- scrape the Service, or automate play outside features we provide;
- use offensive handles or harass anyone, in game or out.
6. Content & intellectual property
The game, Fomo Island, characters, art, audio, software and the FomoNite name and marks belong to the Operator or its licensors. You may share screenshots, clips and links to replays and results. Your handle and match records are displayed as described in the privacy notice.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep matches running, but the Service is provided as available and can be interrupted. If an interruption affects an official drop, the VOID rules apply — we never decide a winner on the basis of an outage.
8. Disclaimers & liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties, and the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension & ending
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms or the rules, to protect other players, or where required by law. Prize decisions in that case follow the official rules.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the update. Questions: contact the Operator through the official FomoNite channels.
