The checklist
You can enter an official drop when every box above is ticked. Qualification is checked automatically when you press ENTER ROUND, and the drop page tells you exactly which requirement applies and why an entry was not accepted.
Age
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your place of residence if that is higher. We may ask winners to confirm their age before a prize is paid.
Regions
Prize competitions are regulated differently around the world. Drops are void where prohibited or restricted by law, and you may not enter from, or as a resident or national of, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or if you appear on a sanctions list. A drop page may list additional restricted regions.
Your Fomo identity
- Your Fomo identity is your player. Link it once; after that, entering is one button.
- One person, one identity. Several identities, shared identities, or playing an identity for someone else will disqualify the entries involved.
- Suspended identities cannot enter until the suspension is lifted.
- We never ask for your Fomo password, a session cookie, private keys or a seed phrase. Anyone who does is not us.
Drop requirements

When a requirement can't be checked automatically, the entry is marked for review and you'll see that status on the drop page.
Reward wallet
You don't need a wallet to play. To receive a prize, your Fomo identity needs a verified reward wallet; payouts go only to that wallet. If you win before one is verified, the prize stays reserved for you until it is.
Acknowledgement
Entering a drop confirms that you meet these requirements and accept the official rules. If it turns out an entrant was not eligible, their entry is disqualified and any prize is withheld.
